Corner Block Assembly

Our tables are designed to prevent wobbling, because of our rigid corner block assemblies, adhered with our special glue and fastened to the skirt with more screws. We use two industrial strength lag bolts for even more rigidity.

Grain Matching

The subtle art of hand-matching wood for grain and color is a neglected and forgotten art in most of today’s furniture. We employ this painstaking process to the skirting of select tables, allowing you to experience the absolute true beauty of visual unity and fine craftsmanship.

Keystone Collections

Mitered Cut Skirting

Our unique dovetail joining holds the skirting corners tightly to ensure these corners will not gap open, even after many years of use.

Skirting Support Blocks

Braces are screwed at intervals along the table skirts for extra internal strength and durability. Of course, they are from the same hardwood as your table and receive the same finish.

No More Frustrations

Tired of ill-fitting, numbered leaves that always need to be placed in your table a certain way? Our precision-made table leaves are fully interchangeable – simply place them in any order you choose, and they will fit beautifully in your table.

Keystone Finish

Our hand applied, custom formulated, multi-layered colors and varnishes produce a depth of clarity, beauty, and silky smoothness seldom experienced with today’s furniture. Using up to 20 intensive finishing processes, our finish is tough and durable. With this protection, it’s no surprise that many spills can be wiped up with no permanent stain or damage, and no water-ring stains will form. With proper care, your furniture will continue to look as rich as the day it was made.

Mortise & Tenon

For a rigid base with an appealing highlight, double pedestals are joined to a decorative center using mortise and tenon construction.

Keystone Collections

Wood Slides

Our robust, precision wood slides are engineered for strength and for ease of opening your table to add leaves.

Keystone Collections

Personalization

Our optional personalization seals your chosen wording beneath our premier finishes, to permanently identify it as the prized family heirloom your furniture will become. It is also a great way to personalize a gift!

Keystone Collections

Craftsman Date & Signature

It shows we care! The personal connection with commitment. When your furniture is completed and inspected, each piece receives our Keystone CollectionTM insignia, and the craftsman who built it signs and dates it—the beginning of an heirloom, and to us, a mark of integrity and excellence!

Keystone Collections

Geared Slides

No more wrestling with old stubborn slides! Pedestal tables feature geared slides that enable one person to easily expand both sides at once when extending the table for additional leaves.

Keystone Collections

Finished Undersides

It's the only way we do it! In addition to eye appeal, finishing the underside helps to protect your table from seasonal changes, cracking, and warping.

Keystone Collections

Assigned Serial Numbers

Unlike mass-produced furniture, we don’t start the construction until we receive your order. Then we assign a serial number to your furniture that helps us hand-build your piece exactly the way you want it. Years later, we can match your exact specifications if you wish to add to your collection.

Leg Levelers

Adjustable leg levelers on our table legs and feet compensate for uneven surfaces in your dining area. No need to worry about uneven floors.
